Анотація

Розглянуто проблему інформаційного забезпечення готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, визначено основні складові сучасної системи інформаційних ресурсів готельно-ресторанної галузі: виробничо-практичні та фахові періодичні видання. Охарактеризовано провідні українські та зарубіжні професійні періодичні видання як продуктивний канал інформаційної взаємодії фахівців галузі. Окреслено концептуальні підходи до ефективного формування та розвитку системи інтегрованих інформаційних ресурсів готельно-ресторанної справи.
