Дослідження проблеми впровадження хмарних технологій у бібліотеках: закордонний досвід

У статті здійснено аналіз закордонних досліджень проблеми впровадження хмарних технологій у діяльність сучасних бібліотек. Автор розглядає основні напрями вивчення хмарних технологій у контексті інформаційно-бібліотечної діяльності, аналізує, що є предметом дослідження закордонного наукового дискурсу в контексті визначення хмарних технологій, основних їх характеристик, моделей обслуговування та моделей розгортання. Представлено різні підходи науковців щодо переваг і ризиків застосування хмарних технологій у бібліотеках. Підкреслено вплив хмарних технологій на трансформацію бібліотечних послуг та модернізацію інформаційно-бібліотечної діяльності, зосереджено увагу на переліку бібліотечних послуг, що можуть бути значно покращені в результаті впровадження хмарних технологій. Особливу увагу приділено ролі хмарних технологій у створенні цифрової бібліотеки. На основі проведеного аналізу визначено, що хмарні технології є перспективним засобом модернізації сервісної функції сучасних бібліотек, а закордонний досвід їх упровадження може бути використаний для реалізації цього процесу в українських бібліотеках.
