Формування теоретико-методологічних основ стандартизації науково-технічної термінології

Анотація

Висвітлено дискусію стосовно доцільності й ефективності стандартизації як способу внормування термінології. Така діяльність спрямована на визначення єдиної форми термінологічної одиниці, за якою закріплюється певне значення і яка фіксується в спеціальних документах. Крім того, проаналізовано перші заходи з формування ідеологічних та теоретико-методологічних основ стандартизації термінології. З’ясовано, що практична робота зі стандартизації термінології спрямована на відбір і фіксацію термінів для номінації понять та їх подальшого рекомендованого або обов’язкового застосування у відповідних сферах науково-практичної діяльності.
